TAKE A FREE CLASS
Walking into a new gym can be scary and intimidating—we get it! That's why we work hard to make your first visit as comfortable as possible. You will find our members and trainers incredibly welcoming and supportive.
When you arrive at 20 Mile for a Foundations class, one of our trainers will meet you in the lobby and walk you through the process. The intent of Foundations isn't to teach you everything you need to know, but rather to take you through some of the more technical movements we perform at 20 Mile to get you comfortable enough to enter a class.
When you start attending regular classes, our trainers will work with you to help you scale workouts appropriately, and ensure you are performing all movements properly and safely.
Children who are old enough to entertain themselves in our kids area, or in the lobby, are always welcome to come along with you to the gym.
We know it’s scary. We’ve all been there. But it’s worth it!
