After my football career ended, I transitioned into being a Strength & Conditioning Coach for Colorado College and a local high school. I have spent more than 20 years coaching football and teaching, and now I love having the opportunity to coach 20 Mile athletes. My goal is to help members leave the gym a little bit better than when they came.

Our team of trainers has years of experience helping individuals set and meet fitness goals. They all hold CrossFit Training Certifications, but more importantly, they are kind, energetic people who are passionate about helping 20 Mile members be better than yesterday.

I’m your average working mom of 2 boys and 4 dogs. I love 20 Mile and have a passion for nutrition. Being active and fit has always been a big part of my life.
